D E C I S I O N

CARSON, J.:

ATTEMPT AGAINST AUTHORITIES. From the Court of First Instance of Isabela. Evidence held sufficient to show the guilt of the accused beyond a reasonable doubt.  No error prejudicial to the rights of the accused appearing, judgment affirmed.
