UNITED STATES, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE, VS. PETRE ADOR, DEFENDANT AND APPELLANT.

D E C I S I O N

WILLARD, J.:

HOMICIDE; TESTIMONY OF DEFENDANT. From the Court of First Instance of Samar. Accused did not desire to testify until court had pronounced judgment. Counsel relied on the testimony then given. Held, That under the circumstances the testimony must be looked upon with some suspicion. Judgment of conviction affirmed.
