D E C I S I O N

TRACEY, J.:

HOMICIDE WITHOUT INTENT; MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES. From the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte. Accused were found guilty of homicide without intent to produce such a result    A threat by the deceased held to constitute a second mitigating circumstance. Judgment modified; sentence reduced.
