D E C I S I O N

MAPA, J.:

ROBBERY; AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES. From the Court of First Instance of Pampanga. The case involved the commission of the crime at night and in the dwelling of the person aggrieved. Accused were convicted in the court below and sentenced to imprisonment for seven years. On review, evidence held sufficient and judgment affirmed.
