THOMAS L. MANION, PETITIONER AND APPELLEE, VS. J. MC-MICKING, AS SHERIFF OF THE CITY OF MANILA, RESPONDENT AND APPELLANT.

D E C I S I O N

WILLARD, J.:

HABEAS CORPUS. From the Court of First Instance of Manila. This case is in all respects similar to that of Yambert vs. McMicking, just decided (10 Phil. Rep., 95). Order appealed from reversed and appellee remanded to custody of appellant for execution of judgment.
