MURDER. From the Court of First Instance of Pangasinan. Paredes, J.
Defendant was convicted of murdering a family composed of the father, the mother, and, and child, and sentenced to death. Circumstances of alevosia, premeditation, nocturnity, dwelling, uninhabited place, and vindictiveness. Premeditation and vindictiveness disregarded, but judgment affirmed.
