HOMICIDE; PENALTY. From the Court of First Instance of Cebu. Wislizenus, J.
Defendants were convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment and to pay an indemnity. Premeditation not having been established, the case is held to be one of homicide, and penalty reduced to fourteen years eight months and one day of reclusion temporal.
