D E C I S I O N

WILLARD, J.:

The Insular Government, appellant.

PETITION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND. From the Court of Land Registration. Held, That the petitioner having been in possession of the land sought to be registered, for the time and in the manner provided by Act No. 926, is entitled to have same registered as his property. Judgment affirmed.
