OPIUM LAW. From the Court of First Instance of Manila.
Smith, J.
Defendant was convicted of violation of The Opium Law, and sentenced to imprisonment for thirty days and to pay a fine of P65, with subsidiary imprisonment. The only question raised was respect to the sufficiency of the evidence. Proofs held sufficient. Judgment affirmed.
