CARSON, J.:
HOMICIDE From the Court of First Instance of Manila.
Lobingier, J.
Defendant was convicted of homicide and sentenced to eight years and one day of prision mayor. The evidence shows that the victim died as a result of a blow given by the accused who did not intend to inflict such serious injury. No prejudicial error appears. Judgment affirmed with the addition of the accessories of article 61, and an indemnity of P1,000.
