Appellant was convicted of robbery en cuadrilla and sentenced under article 504, Penal Code, to eight years, eight months and on day of presidio mayor and to pay an indemnity, without subsidiary imprisonment, but with the accessories of article 57. Findings sustained, and, considering the nocturnity, penalty raised to ten years.
