Defendant was convicted of illegal marriage and sentenced to nine years of prision mayor, Evidence justifies the findings and no prejudicial error appears. Defense raised a question as to the construction of articles 440 and 471 of the Penal Code, but this was adversely decided in U.S. vs. San Jose (page 713, supra). Judgment affirmed.
