Action to recover land and damages, on the ground that the land formerly belonged to the plaintiffs' deceased father and that defendants had taken possession thereof. Plaintiffs appealed only as to the second conclusion of the judgment with respect to the purchase of certain tracts at public sale. Judgment reversed, and land adjudged to plaintiffs, without damages.
