T.H. PARDO DE TAVERA ET AL., TRUSTEES OF THE SAN JOSE COLLEGE, PLAINTIFFS, VS. THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, REPRESENTED BY THE ARCHBISHOP OF MANILA, ET AL., DEFENDANTS.

D E C I S I O N

The parties filed a joint motion and a written agreement signed by all of them, asking the court for a decree adjudging to the Roman Catholic Church the ownership and right of possession, free of all claims by the Government of the Philippine Islands, of the buildings and other real and personal property pertaining to the San Jose College, to be administered for the special purposes for which the institution was founded.  The agreement being in conformity   with section 2 of Act No. 1724, judgment was rendered in favor of the Roman Catholic Church, represented by the Archbishop of Manila.
