MAPA, J.:
PARRICIDE. From the Court of First Instance of Misainis. Avanceña, J.
The accused was convicted of murdering her husband as a result of jealousy, and sentenced to cadena perpetua. Evidence found sufficient to sustain conviction, and, in the absence of any modifying circumstance, penalty imposed in accordance with the provisions of article 95 of the Penal Code. Judgment modified and penalty reduced to reclusion perpetua.
