THREATS ; SUFFICIENCY OF PROOF ; JEOPARDY. From the Court of First Instance of Bulacan. Yusay, J.
The findings of fact by the trial court fully sustained by the evidence and guilt of the accused established beyond a reasonable doubt. The defendant's allegation of double jeopardy, sufficiently answered by the reasoning in the opinion of the trial court. No error in the proceedings prejudicial to the rights of the accused appears. Judgment affirmed.
