D E C I S I O N
ARELLANO, C.J.:
ABDUCTION. From the Court of First Instance of Bulacan. Cui, J.
Defendant was convicted of abducting a minor of fifteen years of age and inducing her to leave her home and reside with him, in violation of article 446 of the Penal Code. The consent of the girl was obtained by means of a promise of marriage made by the defendant who was already married. He was sentenced to prison correccional for one year, eight months and twenty-one days, to accessories and to pay an indemnity, with subsidiary imprisonment in ease of insolvency. No error of law or fact appearing, judgment affirmed.
