Defendant was charged with lesiones graves but convicted of lesiones menos graves and sentenced, under article 418 of the Penal Code, to three months of arresto mayor and to indemnify the injured party in the sum of one peso and fifty cents. Judgment affirmed.

For appellee: Attorney-General Araneta.
