LIBERATA ANTONIO ESTRADA, CANUTO CENIZAN, NAZARIO DE LA CRUZ AND GENARO ALVARO, ET AL., PETITIONERS, VS. COURT OF AGRARIAN RELATIONS AND FAUSTINO F. GALVAN, RESPONDENTS.
D E C I S I O N
MOTION FOR CONTEMPT.
The Supreme Court ordered respondent and the owner of the Moncada Bonded Warehouse to deliver to the petitioners their remaining shares of palay. Following thereto, petitioners filed a motion for contempt, against private respondent and the owner of the bonded warehouse, alleging that they did not comply with the aforestated order. Counsel for respondent claim otherwise by stating the delivery of certain specified quantities of palay to the petitioners, who argued, that they did not receive the exact amount to which they are entitled.
Considering that the issues raised in the motion for contempt and the opposition thereto involve questions of fact, the records are hereby referred to the Court of Agrarian Relations for further hearing, report and recommendation to be submitted within ninety (90) days from receipt of this order
