D E C I S I O N

SUMMARY

The petitioner, in this petition for Mandamus sought to compel the respondents to pay his unpaid salaries on the period specified in the petition. The trial court dismissed the petition.  On appeal, the Supreme Court remanded the case to the Court of Appeals.

RULING

The issues raised question of fact which properly belong to the Court of Appeals.
