D E C I S I O N

SUMMARY

A writ of preliminary injunction was issued in this case. On June 27, 1962 respondent Woodworks, Inc. petitioned this Court charging petitioner to have violated the writ of preliminary injunction by spreading the false news that he had won the case and ordered his men to cut and gather logs from the contested area, praying that the matter be referred to the Court of First Instance for reception of evidence. A similar petition was previously filed by petitioner with this Court charging Woodworks, Inc. of contempt. This was referred on March 30, 1962 to the Court of First Instance for reception of evidence.

RULING

Petition granted, referring the petition to the lower court for reception of evidence, report and recommendation.
