Murder. Appeal from a judgment of the Court of First Instance of Rizal sentencing appellant to suffer from fourteen (14) years, eight (8) months and one (1) day to seventeen (17) years and four (4) days imprisonment, with the accessories of the law, to indemnify the offended party in the sum of P5,000 and to pay th costs.

Judgment modified by imposing upon the accused the penalty of reclusion perpetua, affirming in all other respects the appealed decision with costs against the appellant.
