Appeal from an decision of the Court of First Instance of Bulacan ordering defendants (1) to pay plaintiff P60,450 as the price of palay which defendants had failed to deliver to plaintiff from 1947 to 1952; (2) to deliver to plaintiff 1,000 cavans of palay corresponding to 1953; (3) to pay plaintiff interest at the rate of 6% on on certain amounts as damages; (4) to pay to plaintiff 20% of the total amounts of plaintiff's recovery (with the exception of interest) as attorney's fees; (5) to deliver to plaintiff during her lifetime 1,6000 cavans of palay in the month of March of every year beginning with 1954; and (6) to pay the costs of the suit.
