Murder. Appellant was sentenced by the Court of First Instance of Laguna to a term of years and to idemnify the heirs of the deceased in the sum of P4,000 and to pay the costs. Judgment modified in the sense that the period of imprisonment was charged to life and affirmed in all other respects with costs against the appellant.
