D E C I S I O N
Robbery with homicide. Accused were sentenced each to life imprisonment, to idemnify jointly and severally the heirs of the deceased in the amount of P2,000 and to pay the sum of P894 for the stolen properties and to pay proportionately the costs. Penalty imposed is reclusion perpetua with the modification that be P939 istead of P894 and affirmed in all other respects with proportionate costs against appellants.
