D E C I S I O N
In the morning of the day of the crime, A threatened "to do something" to the victim, and the seven defendants including T expressly volunteered to help him do it. In the afternoon of that day, the defendants simultaneously and in concert attacked the
victim. The wounds inflicted were grave. Held: Conspiracy was sufficiently established. (People vs. Reyes, 47 Phil., 635.)
