ONG SU HAN v. TAN ENG GEE ET AL. +

DECISION

G.R. No. L-610

[ G.R. No. L-610, August 09, 1946 ]

ONG SU HAN VS. TAN ENG GEE ET AL.

D E C I S I O N

For the third time, the lessee recurs to the Supreme Court endeavoring to block execution of the decision of the Court of First Instance that orders him to vacate the premises of lessor. Lessee alleges an agreement between him and lessor allowing him to remain in the house until August 31, 1946; lessor denies such agreement. Evidence received by the commissioner appointed by the court reveals there was no such agreement. Held: This is another dilatory scheme of the lessee; petition is dismissed, with treble costs in favor of the lessor.
