This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision, after consideration thereof by the Court upon the records, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the 9th day of August, A. D. nineteen hundred and thirty-four;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the judgment of the Public Service Comiission, dated the 25th day of January, nineteen hundreed and thirty-four, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby set aside and the records remanded to the Public Service Commission for further proceedings, with the costs taxed against the respondent Agapito Ramos.

It is further ordered that the petitioner recover from the respondent Agapito Ramos the sum of P320.00 as costs.
