This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________16th________day of ________July________, A. By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of __________Manila_________, dated the _________18th__________ day of __________November_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, modified and judgment is entered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of of P3,112.75 with respect thereon at the rate of 12 % per annum from September 14, 1933, until said sum is fully paid, with costs in both instances against the defendant.

It is further ordered that __________the plaintiff__________ recover from __________the defendant__________ the sum of P__101.00__, as costs.
