By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of __________Camarines Sur_________, dated the _________20th__________ day of __________September_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, modified and the defendant is oredered to pay the plaintiff the sum of P310.00 with legal interest at 6% annualy from the date of the filling of the complaint until full payment, with costs against the appellee.
