By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Pangasinan________, dated the __________8th__________ day of __________February_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that a judgment is entered against the defendant and in favor plaintiff in the sum of P500.00 with interest thereon at 6% from the 8th day of February, 1933, until final payment. Costs against the appellant.
