This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________20th________day of ________June________, A. By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Pangasinan________, dated the __________23rd__________ day of __________December_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with costs in both instances against the defendants and appellants and, as an incident to this suit, the plaintiff will be allowed to apply to the Court of First Instance of Pangasinan to fix the damages, which he may be able to prove were suffered by him by reason of the occupancy of the questioned land by the defendants during the pendancy of the appeal of this Court.
