By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Zambales________, dated the __________6th__________ day of __________December_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and the appellant is declared to be the absolute owner of the properties in question, ordering the appellee Mauro Barretto in due time to deliver said properties to said appellant, with costs against said appellee.
