By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Negros Occidental________, dated the __________30th__________ day of _________September____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that the actual area of the land of the plaintiff, covered by the roof of the balcony of the defendant, i. e. 8.40 square meters, is the portion of the land of the former occupied by the latter, without costs.
