This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________28th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of _________Leyte__________, dated the__________5th______________ day of __________May_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that the amount of damages awarded to the plaintiffs should be reduced to the sum of P4,162.50. This amount is based upon the finding of the trial court as to one-half of the net production of the 22 hectares of the hacienda in question under cultivation when this case filed. From this sum of P P4,162.50 there should be deducted whatever amount the plaintiff has received by way of allowances, P30.00 per month, for household expenses, as provided in paragraph 8 of the contract, without costs in this instance.
