This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________18th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of _________Sulu__________, dated the__________8th______________ day of __________May_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and set aside and that the order of the court dated August 11, 1932, in Criminal Case No. 3931 for the execution of the bail bond of P1,000, dated September 11, 1930, filed by Mariano Perez, Ciriaco Minavides and Simeona Harina, and the order of the same date for the execution of the bail bond of P3,000, dated August 29, 1930, and filed by Luis Luna, Eufemio Marquez, Sergio Lardizabal and Gregorio Flores in Case No. 3930 be and the same are hereby and in all respects reinstated and revived, subject to modification that said orders of execution and the liability of the bondsmen upon the said bonds shall satisfied upon the collection or payment of one-half of the respective sums of said bonds, that is to say, upon th payment of P500 on the first mentioned bond in Case No. 3931 and P1,500 on the last mentioned bond in Case No. 3930, and this cause is remanded for further proceedings in conformity with law. Cost in this instance de oficio.

It is further ordered that the said cause be remanded to the Court of First Instance.
