By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of _________Rizal__________, dated the__________29th______________ day of __________August_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and the defendant absolved from the complaint, with cost against against the appellant.

It is further ordered that the said cause be remanded to the Court of First Instance.
