This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________29th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of _________Nueva Ecija__________, dated the__________4th______________ day of __________October_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed, the original judgment set aside, and another is entered ordering the registration of the properties in question, one half in the name of Juan Embuscado and his wife Cecilia Navarro, and one half in the name of the five illegitimate children, Aurelia, Trinidad, Generosa, Alfonso and Alejandro, all surnamed Embuscado. It is likewise ordered that Torrens Certificate Title No. 15508 be cancelled, and a new Torrens title issued in accordance with the said decision, with costs against appellees.
It is further ordered that __________the appellant__________ recover from __________the appellee __________the sum of P__79.00__, as costs.
