This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________29th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of __________Tayabas__________, dated the__________21st______________ day of __________October_________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that plaintiffs are entitled to recover from defendant the sum of P150 without interest and, under the law unsury, appellant is entitled to recover the plaintiffs the sum of P100 as attorney's fees. Upon the payments above indicated, the document of January 15,1932, relied upon the plaintiffs, will be treated as cancelled and of no effect, with costs against the appellees.
