This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________29th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the dispositive part of the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Sorsogon________, dated the __________31st__________ day of __________March____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-four____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, modified, and in the court of origin and the Court judgment will issue directing the municipal court of Bacon, Sorsogon, to meet on or before June 2, 1934, and at such meeting to modify its resolution providing for election inspectors by naming one inspector and one substitute for the election precinct for the Partido Nacionalista Consolidado as proposed by Victor Botial, one inspector and one substitute in each election precinct for the Partido Nacionalista Pro Independencia as proposed by Vicente Dichoso, and one inspector and one substitute in each election precinct as proposed by the local representative of the group Bagong Kusog, without special pronouncement as to costs in this instance.
