The Court having regularly acquired Jurisdiction of the above-entitled cause submitted by both, parties for review, after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for judgment having been filed on the 11th 4ay of May, nineteen hundred and thirty-four;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the decision of the Public Service Commission dated the 8th day of August, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-eatitled appeal was taken be, and the same is hereby affirmed in all its parts, without special pronouncement as to costs.
