This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________19th________day of ________April________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Manila________, dated the __________27th__________ day of __________March____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-three____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed in so far as it declares Exhibit B, which by mistake was called in said judgment is modified, sentencing the defendants Maria Enriquez, Benedicta Correa, Juana Correa and Victorino Correa to pay, jointly and severally, the plaintiff the sum of P75.00, as soon as said plaintiff has secured from Leonardo Ramos and Maria de la Cruz the cancellation of the document Exhibit C, without prejudice to the right of whomsoever of the said defendants paying the whole of said amount to recover from the others whatever he might have paid us their share; the defendant Felix Eutaquio is further sentenced to also pay the plaintiff the sum of P500.00, with costs in both instances.

It is further ordered that __________the plaintiff-appellant___________ recover from ___________the defendants-appellees_________ the sum of P__60.00__, as costs
