This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________8th________day of ________May________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Misamis Oriental________, dated the __________5th__________ day of __________November____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modifications that Hilario A. Roa and Eugenio Dablo are each sentenced to a maximum penalty of one year and one day imprisonment and a minimum penalty of three months imprisonment, to pay a fine of P500, with subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency, to be deprived of the right of suffrage and disqualified from holding public office for a period of seven years, and to pay one-third of the costs in each instance; and Agustin Recines is sentenced to a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment and a minimum penalty of one year and six months imprisonment in case of insolvency, to be deprived of the right of suffrage and disqualified from holding public office for a period of fourteen years, and to pay one-third of the costs of each instance. The costs in the this instance is P8.00 each for the collection of which the trial judge shall proceed by summary proceedings.
It is further ordered that the said cause be remanded to Court of First Instance.
