This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________25th________day of ________April________, A. D. nineteen hundred and _________thirty-four________;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Iloilo________, dated the __________8th__________ day of _________August____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed in reference in reference to lots Nos. 270 and 275, and in the court or origin another judgment will issue ordering the registration of lot No. 270 in the names of Basilio Dolduco, married to Josefa Duendes, and Elias Duldoco married to Feliciano Fernandez, undivided interests in equal parts; and the registration of Lot No. 275 in the names Dulduco, married to Felicidad Fernandez, undivided interest in the ratio, of two-thirds to the former and of one-third to the latter, without special pronouncement as to costs in either instances.

It is further ordered that __xx__________xx__________xx__________xx__ recover from__xx__________xx__________xx__ the sum of P__xx__, as costs.
