By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Bataan________, dated the __________25th__________ day of __________February____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , affirmed insofar as it affirms the judgment of the Justice of the Peace of Limay and orders the defendant Migulea Diaz to restore possession of the land to the plaintiff, with costs in both instances against Miguela Diaz alone.
