By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Isabela________, dated the __________27th__________ day of __________April____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-two____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed and the appellant acquitted, with costs de officio.

It is further ordered that the said cause be remanded to the Court of First Instance.
