Consistent with Nacar, as well as with our ruling in Rivera v. Spouses Chua,[54] the interest due on conventional interest shall be at the rate of 12% per annum from July 31, 2002 to June 30, 2013. Thereafter, or starting July 1, 2013, this shall be at the rate of 6% per annum.
