Conduct unbecoming of a judge, classified as a light offense under Section 10, Rule 140 of the Rules of Court, is penalized under Section 11(C) of Rule 140 by: (1) a fine of not less than P1,000.00 but not exceeding P10,000.00; or (2) censure; or (3) reprimand; or (4) admonition with warning.[24]
