| Petitioner obtained a loan[3] in the total amount of P95,700,620.00 from respondents Romeo Y. Tan (Tan) and Roberto L. Obiedo (Obiedo), secured by real estate mortgages over five parcels of land, all located in Triangulo, Naga City, covered by Transfer Certificates of Title (TCTs) No. 38376,[4] No. 29918,[5] No. 38374,[6] No. 39232,[7] and No. 39225,[8] issued by the Registry of Deeds for Naga City, in the name of petitioner. When petitioner was unable to pay the loan when it became due and demandable, respondents Tan and Obiedo agreed to an extension of the same. | |||||
