We find that the evidence failed to show Jun's guilt.  While proof beyond reasonable doubt requires only moral certainty of guilt, not an absolute certainty of guilt,[32] here, we find that the prosecution even failed to establish moral certainty of guilt.

Again, we reiterate the rule that in this jurisdiction, the foremost consideration is not whether the Court doubts the innocence of the accused, but whether it entertains a reasonable doubt as to his guilt. To justify a conviction there must be moral certainty of guilt.[28] In this case, there was none.
